At Perfect Services in Northern Virginia, your satisfaction is our priority. That is why we offer first-rate residential cleaning solutions to meet your unique requirements. Read some of the frequently asked questions and our answers to discover more about the services we offer.

 

Are you licensed, bonded, and insured?

 

We are licensed, bonded, insured and carry workman comp.

 

How to make payments?

 

Feel free to leave cash or check payments at your home. For credit cards, we do process through our software directly  with a 3% convenience fee.  We also take Venmo and Zelle.

 

Do you bring supplies?

 

If we use products of a client we are not responsible for damage.

We bring all supplies for the cleaning. If you have something you prefer us to use that you have, please let the office know to add it to the file.

 

Do you use arrival windows on your services?

 

If you need an arrival window, please let us know.  We can also text when on the way.

 

What if I need to change my schedule?

 

Please notify us 72 hours before your regularly scheduled service.

 

What is your cancellation policy?

 

Things happen out of our control sometimes. Perhaps an illness or weather-related situation.  We do charge $50 cancellation fee if under 72 hours. You will be charged a 50% cancellation fee for first time cleaning and move in or move out cleaning services.

 

What if your staff missed something?

 

We try to be as consistent as possible, but if there is something that was not done properly, please let us know within 48 hours and we will be happy to come back and go over that area again.

 

What if something breaks?

 

The cleaners make a notation of the item and contact us. We will reach out to you for the next step. If you notice damage let us know right away. We may offer to replace or repair the item, or a refund of your payment. If repair is needed, Perfect Services will decide the manner, method, and person to perform the repair. 

 

Can you come if no one is home?

 

That is fine. Just let us know about the key or combo arrangements.

 

Do you have a pet policy?

 

Many clients have pets so just let us know any specifics. If dogs can be crating we can always let the dog or dogs out after the work is complete. If not no worries.

 

Do I have to leave a tip?

 

Tips are always appreciated.  You can leave cash or add to your invoice payment.

 

What are included in your move in/out cleaning service?

 

Our Move in/out cleaning includes everything we would normally clean, such as inside all appliances, cabinets, interior glass, and sweeping of the garage. Just let us know your detailed cleaning requirements and we will work out a package for you.

 

What about our staff?

 

We invest time, money, energy and training in our employees. Because they are excellent at what they do, they could be solicited by clients to work for the client personally. The client understands and agrees to a $3,000 fee should the client hire any of Perfect Services’ employees while they are employed by the company or within three years following the employee’s last day as an employee of Perfect Services’.

 

How about rate increase based on fluctuation?

We reserve the right to do a 10% increase after 6 weeks has passed Please call if you have any questions, for details.
