FAQs

  • Do you bring supplies?
    If we use products of a client we are not responsible for damage. We bring all supplies to clean. If you have something you prefer us to use that you have, just let us know. Keep in mind that Perfect Services will not be responsible for any damage, repair or replacement.
  • How to make payments?
    Feel free use Venmo, Zelle or to leave cash or check payments at your home. We do take CC. Just let you know that we process CC on file with a 3% process fee.
  • Do you use arrival windows on your services?
    If you need an arrival window, please ley us know. We can also text when we are on the way.
  • What if your staff missed something to do?
    We try to be as consistent as possible, but if there is something that was not done properly, please contact us whitin 48 hours and we will be happy to come back and go over that area again.
  • What happens if your staff breaks something?
    The cleaners make a notation of the item and contact us. We will reach out to you for the next step. If you notice damage let us know right away. We may offer to replace or repair the item, or refund of your payment. If repair is needed, Perfect Services will decide the manner, method, and person to perform the repair.
  • Can you come if no one is home?
    That is fine. Just let us know about the key or combo arrangements.
  • How can I leave a tip?
    Tips are always appreciated. You can leave cash or add to your invoice to your invoice payment.
  • What happens if I want to hire a member of your cleaning team?
    Clients could request them to work for the client personally. Customer understands and agrees to a fee of $3,000 if it hires any of Perfect Services' employees while employed by the company within three years of the employee's last day as a Perfect Services employee.
  • What is the policy regarding contract obligations and visit cancellations?
    You are not held to contract, we just ask you contact us ahead with any changes to cancellations of your visits.
  • Are you licensed, bonded, and insured?
    Yes, we are licensed, bonded, insured and carry workman comp.
  • What about our staff?
    We invest time, money, energy and training in our employees because they are excellent at what they do, and we want to give you the best service. Each member of our team brings a unique combination of skills and experience. We are proud to have a diverse team that works together to exceed expectations and ensure customer satisfaction with every interaction.
