Services

At Perfect Services, we believe in providing the highest quality cleaning services possible. Our policy is to ensure complete customer satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with any aspect of our service, please let us know and we will come back and redo the areas that you are unhappy. We take pride in our work and stand behind our commitment to deliver excellent service.

Change regular schedule

Call as soon as you can for any changes in schedule to allow us to look for a new slot for you.

Rate increase based on fluctuation

We reserve the right to do a 10% increase after 8 weeks has passed. Please contact us if you have any questions.

Pets

Many clients have pets so just let us know any specifics. If dogs can be crating we can always let the dog or dogs out after the work is complete, If not worries.

Cancellation

Things happen out of our control sometimes. Perhaps an illness or weather-related situation.

- Please give us a minimum of 24 hours prior cancelling. We do have a cancellation fee of $50.

- You will be charged a 50% cancellation fee for first-time cleaning and move-in/out cleaning services.

Cancellations cleanings:

You are not held to contract, we just ask you contact us ahead with any changes to cancellations of your visits.
